SMS Terms & Messaging Disclosures

Effective June 11, 2026 · Complete OS LLC · Colorado Springs, CO

1. What CompleteLine Does

CompleteLine is a B2B SaaS platform that enables local businesses to automatically reply via SMS when an incoming call goes unanswered. When a customer calls a CompleteLine-enabled business and the call is not answered, CompleteLine sends a single automated SMS to the caller’s phone number acknowledging the missed call and offering a way to reconnect (for example, a scheduling link). If the customer replies, an AI assistant continues the exchange to assist with scheduling or questions.

All messages sent through CompleteLine are transactional responses to customer-initiated call attempts. CompleteLine does not send bulk, cold-outreach, or promotional messages.

2. Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have called a business phone number that is registered with and powered by CompleteLine. The recipient’s phone number is obtained directly from the inbound call via caller ID. No third-party lists, purchased contacts, or marketing databases are used.

By placing a call to a CompleteLine-enabled business, the caller establishes a direct communication relationship with that business. The automated SMS is a direct reply to that call attempt — functionally equivalent to a business calling back the number that was left in their missed calls.

3. Basis for Sending Messages

CompleteLine sends SMS messages on a caller-ID basis. The triggering event is always an inbound call from the recipient to the business — not an outbound contact from the business to the customer. The customer initiates the contact by dialing the business; the SMS is CompleteLine’s automated reply to that call.

This is a transactional / customer-care use case. Messages are only sent in direct response to a call placed by the recipient. No messages are sent to individuals who have not first called the business.

Businesses using CompleteLine are required under our Terms of Service to post visible notice of their automated text-reply service on their website and at the point of service, so customers are aware of this practice before calling.

4. Message Types and Frequency

  • Initial message: One automated SMS per missed call, sent within seconds of the call going unanswered.
  • Follow-up messages: Additional messages are sent only if the recipient replies. No outbound messages are sent without an end-user trigger after the initial reply.
  • Content: Transactional only — missed-call acknowledgment, scheduling assistance, appointment confirmations, or answers to customer questions. No promotional or marketing content is included.
  • Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on customer interaction.

5. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You can manage your message preferences at any time by texting keywords to any CompleteLine-powered number:

  • STOP — Immediately opt out of all messages from that business. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • UNSTOP or START — Re-subscribe to receive messages after opting out.
  • HELP — Receive contact information for support.

Opt-out requests are processed automatically and recorded. If you believe you have received a message in error or after opting out, contact us at hello@completeos.app.

6. No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Mobile opt-in data (your phone number and consent status) is never shared with third parties, affiliates, or data brokers under any circumstances. Opt-in data is used solely to send messages on behalf of the specific business you called. It is not sold, rented, or disclosed outside of that business relationship.

For complete details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Carrier and Delivery Notice

CompleteLine uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages over major US wireless carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and filtering. We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier conditions, number porting issues, or device settings.

Our messaging is registered under a 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) A2P campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for compliant business messaging in the United States.
